APPLICATION FORM REQUIREMENTS
It costs nothing to ask! Contact us directly, or refer to your Finance Broker to find out if we can open the door for you to a more flexible and profitable future!Fax your completed and signed application form to 1300 378 849 to enable us to conduct a pre-approval which includes credit check.
We will endeavour to provide you or your Introducer with pre-approval in writing within one business day.
Upon Pre-Approval we will require the following documentation:
- A copy of the building cost schedule or fixed price building contract including specifications
- A copy of your Purchase Contract for the land
- Photo identification (passport or driver's licence)
- Completed Identification record for a signatory for an account - (Download Form s21)
- A cheque to cover the cost of a valuation for the proposed property (We will instruct one of our panel Valuers). Call our office to discuss.
- An (A4) copy of the house plans will be required for the Valuer. The Valuer requires at minimum to initially value the property; dimensioned floor plans including standard inclusions & non standard inclusions, i.e: pool, landscape or turn key.
- Evidence of the Building Consent
- A copy of the Builder's Licence
- Certificate of Currency - Contract Works Insurance
- List of intended suppliers and their contact details (refer form attached to application form)
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Sale & purchase agreement to end purchaser (if applicable)
