Interest rates from 0.8% per month to 5%+ per month.
Application, brokerage, legal and valuation fees may be applicable.
FAST APPROVAL = QUICK MONEY: It may be possible to settle within 24 hours from receipt of all requested information!
EXIT STRATEGIES: You must have a plan on how you will repay the loan and ideally evidence will be provided. Exit strategies are usually the sale of a property, an imminent GST return etc.
