Term 6 months
The administration fee & interest for 6 months will equal 11% of the loan amount. At least 5% will be capitalised upfront. Eg 70% to borrower, 5 % capitalised interest = 75% LVR.
Extension 3 months
The term may be extended for up to 3 months; extension interest of 1.9% of the loan amount, is payable each month.
  • If you can't repay the loan from refinancing or selling the completed house - just leave the house and debt with us. The Success Fee is only payable from the proceeds of sale or refinance.
